STPPL, INDIA AND CLEVELAND WHISKEY, USA CREATED A NEW PHRASE BY INKING AGREEMENT TO PRODUCE AMERICAN BRAND CLEVELAND WHISKEY IN INDIA
Liquor maker Cleveland Whiskey, USA and SRAM & MRAM Technologies and Projects (India) Private Limited (STPPL), have inked an agreement to set up manufacturing facilities by using 12 year matured concentrate malts from the revolutionary American brand CLEVELAND WHISKEY in India and other countries, according to a company official.
As per the agreement, STPPL will manufacture the Cleveland brand Whiskey and scotch for India and other Asian countries.

Mr. Tom Lix, Chairman, Cleveland Whiskey and Dr. Gurujee Kumaran Swami, Chairman, SRAM & MRAM Technologies and Projects (India) Pvt. Ltd signed the agreement in Delhi recently.
This “Malt Whiskey” is that it is a whisky produced at not exceeding 80% alcohol by volume (160 proof) from a fermented mash of not less than 51 percent malted barley and stored at not more than 62.5% alcohol by volume (125 proof) in charred new oak containers. It produces, as a concentrate, is not formally defined by the regulatory authorities but by definition it might best fit the definition for a “Blended Whiskey” which is a whiskey produced by blending not less than 20% on a proof gallon basis (excluding alcohol derived from added harmless coloring, flavoring or blending materials*) straight whisky or a blend of straight whiskies and, separately or in combination, whisky of any type or neutral spirits. We do not however add neutral spirits to our concentrate
